Can I Claim with the NDIS or other Charities?:

Yes you can claim a workshop or term classes with NDIS or a charitie. Please book and pay for the selected class or workshop, once this is done email Secret Staircase requesting and receipt: secretstaircase@hotmail.com. A receipt will then be sent to you in a PDF format which you can then claim from.

What happens if I have COVID or I'm a close contact?:

If you have booked your Workshop and find you have COVID or you are a close contact PLEASE do not come along. Secret Staircase will not give you a refund If you are sick, have COVID or you are a close contact five days before the workshop. Secret Staircase does not refund fees if the client cancels within five days of the workshop.

What happens if Secret Staircase has to cancel the workshop becuase of COVID?:

If Secret Staircase cancels a Workshop or class due to a COVID issue, You will get a full refund from that class/workshop that was cancelled. An email and or phone message will be sent out to inform you and a refund will be sent as soon as possable.

How do I access your studio?:

To access my studio there are stairs to the side of the house, or you can go up the steep drive way. Please do not knock on the front door, my studio is to the side of the house, there are signs to point you in the correct direction. If you have walking or mobility issues I would advise against attending. I have no wheelchair access, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns:

Due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on earring items.

However if you have any problems please get in contact with me, refer to contact info.

Workshop Payment and refunds:

Payment is required to book your place in the workshop. Secret Staircase does not refund fees if the client cancels within five days of the workshop. I start five minutes after the designated time. If you are late to attend we unfortunately cannot delay or extend classes. If you fail to attend or do not cancel a minimum four days before the workshop I cannot offer a refund or offer re-bookings.

Shipping:

I send though Australia post with tracking. There is a flat rate of $9 regular post or $12 for express post.

Due to COVID-19 the Australia post is seeing delays, your parcel may take longer to get to your destination.

Standard post normally takes 2-7 working days and express post 1-3 days from Adelaide, South Australia.

Please allow up to 3-7 working days for me to process your order.

Secret Staircase does not take responsibility for any post lost in transit. If your parcel gets lost in transit please contact Australia post on 13 76 78.

Jewellery care:

Please avoid wearing your jewellery when applying makeup, perfume, deodorant and hairspray. If you find your jewellery is becoming dirty from makeup or from touch please use a baby wipe or soft damp cloth to wipe away the offending substance. Store your jewellery in a designated jewellery box or on a jewellery board to stop any damage occurring.
